Case Study 1
Marketing Sector (Small Company)
Challenge
A small European marketing company wanted to professionalize its sustainability approach to meet client expectations and improve its EcoVadis score. With limited internal resources and no structured ESG framework, the company aimed for a score of 60 in its upcoming reassessment.
Solution
I reviewed and strengthened all sustainability documentation and internal policies in line with EcoVadis requirements. I co-created a sustainability roadmap based on client priorities and the assessment criteria, defined short-, medium- and long-term ESG goals, redesigned the reporting system for structured data and transparency, and facilitated employee training to build awareness and engagement.
Impact
The company surpassed its initial target, achieving a 78/100 EcoVadis score, significantly boosting its credibility with clients and validating the roadmap as an effective driver of sustainability progress.
Case Study 2
Construction Sector (Multinational)
Challenge
A European multinational with over 1,000 employees sought to build a cohesive sustainability strategy across several subsidiaries. The aim was to develop a unified medium- and long-term roadmap while empowering local teams, using EcoVadis evaluations as a benchmark for progressive improvement.
Solution
I conducted an initial ESG maturity assessment across the group and co-developed a sustainability strategy aligned with climate, social and governance priorities. I designed and facilitated training programs for employees at all levels, organized advisory sessions with subsidiaries to address local ESG challenges, and delivered recommendation reports with suggested actions and KPIs.
Impact
The project is ongoing. Early results show stronger internal alignment, greater ESG awareness across subsidiaries, and the establishment of a consistent sustainability framework to guide long-term action. Future EcoVadis assessments will provide a key benchmark for tracking progress.
